WHERE?
I go to the business or owner's location - sometimes called a field inspection - be it workplace, office, home, storage facility or other property.
WHO?
Often I represent Lenders, Banks, Credit Unions, and Finance Companies. Sometimes I provide data to Appraisers.
WHICH SERVICES?
I take photos and/or videos of all types of real property, businesses and equipment. I also provide written information about the equipment or property either through my observation or through questioning the contact at the location.
WHAT PURPOSE?
I provide data to appraisers and truthful, accurate information to lenders, banks, finance companies, credit unions, etc. that are often not located near the site so that they have the data required to proceed with their transaction.
WHY ME?
A Notary Public is considered trustworthy, neutral and reliable. I have a background clearance as proof of my trustworthiness and have sufficient security installed on all of my devices for the protection of all information and data.
WHEN?
I am available whenever an inspection is necessary.
