WHO?
Often I represent Lenders, Escrow Companies, Banks, Title Companies, Credit Unions, Finance Companies, VA, and Government Agencies in the signing process. I also facilitate private signings.

WHICH SERVICES?
I help to facilitate Purchases, Sales, Refinancings, Loan Modifications, Reverse Mortgages, VA Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Vacation Packages, Deeds and Title Transfers. In addition to notarizing the signatures on specific documents, I also scan and ship documents upon request.
WHAT PURPOSE?
I support the institutions and signers by guiding signers through document signings that cannot be done directly with the institution, e.g. when the customer is not in the same location as the institution, when the customer and institution cannot meet due to time or physical constraints, etc.
WHY?
A Loan Signing Agent - or a Notary Signing Agent - is a neutral party who facilitates document signings. Loan Signing Agents are Notaries Public who are vetted by the state or commonwealth that commissioned us, so we are trustworthy, neutral and committed to upholding the law. We are often the last line of defense against fraud. I have completed numerous training course in loan signings and take an annual exam with the National Notary Association.
WHEN?
I am available whenever a Signing Agent is necessary.
